Bio
Neha is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE), registered with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) and a pharmacist registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She completed her pharmacy degree from India in 2006 and has worked in community pharmacy in various roles for over 16 years.
Neha has developed a special interest in supporting people living with diabetes and those at risk of developing it. To deepen her expertise, she pursued further education in diabetes care and successfully completed her credentialing through ADEA.
She has worked with leading organisations like Diabetes Australia, where she played a key role in identifying education gaps, supporting pharmacists, and engaging with health professionals. She has written for the Diabetes Qualified Newsletter and continues to pursue professional development. She is passionate about helping individuals manage their health, particularly those living with diabetes.
Neha is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and has a strong interest in culturally sensitive care. She is committed to patient-centered support and care.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, travelling, cooking and spending time with her family.
