CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients who are kept waiting for appointments as well as our doctors who are endeavouring to meet the demand for their services.
 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we cannot offer your appointment to other patients until it is cancelled.

Under this cancellation policy, our doctors appreciate your co-operation as below:

 

A minimum of 3 hours notice, prior to your scheduled appointment time, is required for cancellation.

 

Patients not attending or cancelling their appointment within 3 hours of their scheduled time, a cancellation fee will be $25 for GPS appointments 

 

For allied health appointment once it is confirmed, for any nonattendance or cancellation after confirming an appt. $50 cancellation charges apply.
